Umestan office building is located in Sweden city Umea and it is unique with its double glass facade. It hangs from the roof, thus reducing heat loss through the facade as this solution avoids unnecessary cold bridges.

The facade’s glass is covered in a special way - black screen printing inward and orange brown print outward. This provides sun protection, transparency and full coverage. From the outside, the glass looks evenly camouflaged, yet it lets through natural light without giving it an orange tint, which is characteristic in fully printed glass applications.
