Frederik Selmers vei 2 office building in Oslo, Norway is a project where detailed time planning and close collaboartion have played a pivotal role.
UPB was initially assigned to deliver framework structures and later entrusted with the façade package as well. Since framework design was already underway, we had to act quickly to integrate the façade into the structural concept - ensuring seamless execution and coherence from the start.

We not only met the sustainability target - the latest calculations indicate we’ll reduce it by an additional 7%. Achieving this required careful material selection and close coordination with suppliers, including producers of thermal insulation and sheet materials. In this project we used WICONA Circal 75R profiles, made with at least 75% recycled aluminium.
