UPB’s glazed aluminium façade with vertical Accoya wood lamellas has been completed and is already making a strong impression at Park Central in Sweden.
The project comprises modern office and retail spaces totaling approximately 40,000 m². Located next to our previous developments, Regionens Hus and Platinan, Park Central marks our third project in this rapidly growing district.
The building will be certified with BREEAM Excellent, while the office spaces are aiming for BREEAM Outstanding.
