In the heart of Stockholm, surrounded by historic buildings, Sture, a 104 000 sqm development, is taking shape - with UPB responsible for delivering the full-service framework and façade structures.

Due to the scale of the project, its challenging location, and the need to adapt to multiple future scenarios, this is a highly complex development that demands flexibility and innovative, non-standard solutions.

Since the new buildings are closely integrated within existing ones, special connection and node solutions are necessary to ensure seamless integration and long-term functionality. Sustainability is a key focus, with framework structures incorporating RESHAPE Concrete - our low – carbon concrete products with increased clinker substitution. 

One building’s framework installation has already been completed, with façade works now underway. Construction on the remaining two buildings is progressing steadily.
